Brooklands Hotel - Weybridge, Surrey.
Restaurant Extension & Spa Refurbishment
ENR Consulting Engineers Ltd provided structural engineering design services for the refurbishment of the existing Spa facilities and new extension to the 1907 restaurant at the world-renowned Brooklands Hotel.
The existing structure was a reinforced concrete framed building with post tensioned flat slabs.
ENR Consulting Engineers provided advice regarding to new penetrations through the existing slab, foundation design for the new glass house restaurant extension and client-side structural advice regarding the glass house superstructure, as designed by the specialist manufacturer.

Pattison Road Development
Pattison Road is a development of three contemporary 4 storey, 3 bedroom homes on the site of a former repair garage / workshop area.Â
The lower ground floors are constructed utilising contiguous piled walls and reinforced concrete lower ground and ground floor slabs and liner walls. The superstructure is constructed in traditional masonry and timber.

Dudden Hill Parade, London
9 new dwellings
Dudden Hill Parade provides 9 new dwellings in a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats within a new apartment block and three new mews houses on an unused brownfield site located in North London.
The piled foundations support a suspended ground floor slab bridging over Thames Water assets which pass across the site. The superstructure is constructed in traditional masonry and timber.
